Is black op (COD) banned at aafes and mccs?

I keep hearing that is banned for having the option to play as Taliban and I know that was Medal of Honor but it is saying both do.

How is this possible if it takes place during the cold war? I am hearing it is banned on military installations though.

There is no Taliban in black ops. Any site that’s says that is just confusing black ops with medal of honor. And its not banned on military bases. I go on base to visit my cousin all the time and he has it reserved from the gamestop there.
